Flexible Booking
Book directly with us to benefit from our price match guarantee and flexible cancellation terms. You can cancel up to 14 nights prior to your arrival date and receive a full refund (one-off cancellation fee of £25). Our flexible cancellation terms and conditions allow you to book with confidence, knowing that if you cancel for unforeseen circumstances up to 14 days before your arrival you will receive a full refund. Refunds for cancellations made 14 days or less before the day of arrival will depend upon the property being relet. If we manage to relet it, we will refund up to the relet price or your original price (whichever is the lower), less a one off £25 cancellation fee.
